DoDragDrop Method (NDiagramSurface<TItem,TItemCollection,TSelection>)

Requests a drag and drop operation for the specified items. Calls the funcResult delegate when the operation has completed. Calls the queryContinueDrag delegate while the operation is performed. Returns whether the Drag and Drop was requested.
